Dates: June
19-21, 2015
Results: Swept! :(
Current Record: 36-35, 1.5 Games behind Washington
MVMet: Jacob
deGrom and Matt Harvey deserved much better with their great starts, so I award
them co-MVP’s. These two, but deGrom especially, feature all over the MLB stat
leader boards (see the bottom of this page).
LVMet: The Mets
offense. The Mets need more than a slash of .202/.260/.292 from their position
players – Duda, Cuddy, Lagares, and Dilson combined for to go 4-42.

Can’t
blame the bullpen for the lack of offense, but they were handed a lead in game
1 and a tie in game 2, and couldn’t maintain status quo in either. Vic Black
was activated for Las Vegas this past weekend, so hopefully he’ll be ready to
help soon.
Looking Ahead
The
Mets playing 9 games against the NL Central, heading to Milwaukee for 3 before
coming home to face the Reds and Cubs for 3 each.
