4/23 – The Mets activated Jacob deGrom off the paternity
leave list and optioned Rafael Montero back to AAA.
4/20 – Duane Below was ‘promoted’ from the Brooklyn Cyclones
to join the Las Vegas rotation. Chase Huchingson was placed on the 7-day DL
with elbow soreness. He reported
the problem in Spring Training, but was then deemed ready to go once the
season started, and would have a 46-pitch outing on 4/13.
4/23 – Rafael Montero was added back to the roster. Seth Lugo was placed on the 7-day DL - hopefully just a roster move, I'll let you know if any injury news emerges.
4/22 – Jeff McNeil was placed on the 7-day DL with a hip
injury, and Phillip Evans was promoted to take his roster spot.
4/18 – Ben Griset was placed on the temporary inactive list,
and another lefty reliever, Paul Paez, was activated from the 7-day DL to take
his place.
4/22 – Jonathan Johnson was activated from the 7-day DL to
take Phil Evans roster spot.
Player Update: I've been told that Michael Gibbons has been in Port St. Lucie
recovering from an elbow strain suffered during Spring Training.
4/22 – Kevin Kaczmarski was removed mid-game Thursday and
then placed on the 7-day DL Friday. Vicente Lupo was activated to take his
place on the roster.
