Times News says Mets prospect Garrison Bryant was planning to pursue a
career in football when the Mets came calling and his plans changed
drastically. The same source had a nice
season preview of the Kingsport Mets – I’d like to still put something
together this weekend, just haven’t had time the past two days.
The
Mets have promoted 51s reliever Chase Bradford, who was their 35th round
pick in the 2011 draft – dude earned it with consistency from the 51s pen the
past three seasons.
