Other Minor News

            Check out yesterday’s results here.

ICYMI, Astromets Mind covered the top Mets minor leaguers from last week yesterday.

Allan Dykstra won the less advertised AAA HR Derby Monday night – he managed 7 HR’s through the first two rounds, which was second to former Met farmhand Francisco Pena, and then needed only one blast in the finals after Pena was shutout. (MiLB, WRAL)

The WSJ had a piece last Friday about how low minor league salaries are these days.

I will be posting a recap with highlights of yesterday's B-Mets win this afternoon, but here's Brandon Nimmo's HR as a preview.
