It was another strong start for Tyler Pill as he led the B-Mets passed the Altoona Curve Friday night. In his last 11 GS, Pill is 6-2 with a 2.73 ERA over 62.2 IP (51 H, 60 K: 15 BB, 3 HR).

Kyle Johnson had a huge night, ending a homerun shy of a cycle. He led off the game with a single in the first.

Dilson Herrera followed with a single of his own.

After the B-Mets failed to scored in the top of the 1^st, Pill came out and retired the Curve in order in the bottom of the inning. He got Justin Howard swinging to end the inning.

The B-Mets failed to take advantage of the situation again in the top of the 2^nd, and Pill had another 1-2-3 inning in the bottom. He got Willy Garcia to strike out swinging to end the inning.

Johnson led off the 3^rd with a double, and ended up stranded at 3B.
