great performance from the Mets bullpen, especially Dana Eveland’s three
innings after Wheeler had to leave. Ever since Eveland was moved to the AAA
rotation in April, he has been a very effective pitcher – 17 G (8 GS), 52 IP,
51 H, 19 R (17 ER), 13 BB, 63 SO, 6 HR, 4 HBP, 2.94 ERA combined between AAA
and the majors.
