Recap in BMets gifs after the jump:

Kyle Johnson led off the 1st inning with a double down the 3B line that would bounce off the sidewall.

He would score when Matt Clark walked with the bases loaded on this close 3-2 breaking ball.

With Rylan Sandoval on 1B and one out in the 2nd, Kyle Johnson hit this single up the middle.

Brian Burgamy drove them both in with this 3R-HR.

Plawecki had one hit on the day, this single into shallow LF after the bomb.

Bowman had a very strong and effective start; here are his first four strikeouts:
Jake Lowery strikes out swinging.

Francisco Lindor strikes out swinging.

Anthony Gallas strikes out swinging.

Alex Lavisky strikes out swinging.

Brian Burgamy would add another 3R-HR in the 6th.

Bowman would add three more strikeouts before exiting after 7 IP:
Anthony Gallas strikes out swinging

Tyler Naquin strikes out swinging.

Alex Lavisky strikes out swinging to end Bowman's night.

Plawecki reached on a throwing error in the 8th, which allowed two runs to score, and then Clark hit this double off the CF wall to add two more runs in the 8th.

Taijeron would lead off the 9th with this solo shot on the first pitch from Bryan Price. You can see where it got stuck in the batters eye behind CF.
