The Cyclones posted an interesting piece on tonight’s starter Thomas McIlraith. They say he’s been out with a strained oblique in the article, and that his pitch repertoire is: fastball, slider, changeup, splitter.

The Kingsport Mets released their initial roster today and I’ll try to have something up about who the players are and how they ended up with the Mets tomorrow.

Per WBNG, the Rumble Ponies are 30-0 when leading after 5 innings this year. Also from WBNG, top Mets third base prospect David Thompson says a more selective approach has been paying dividends for him lately.
