Minors MVP of the Day
– Darrell Ceciliani gets the daily award for hitting two big bombs in Las Vegas.
He has 11 hits this year, and 8 have gone for extra bases – 3 doubles, a triple
and 4 homeruns.
Minors Cy of the Day
– Michael Fulmer made a triumphant return to St. Lucie in his 2015 debut. Announcer
Adam Mac said the only mistake all day was the pitch hit for a 3-run blast in
the 1st, and had him hitting 92-95 MPH with the fastball, and 86 MPH
on the slider. May it be a short-lived return to St. Lucie, and on to the
Binghamton rotation soon.
