            The sale of the B-Mets franchise was argued in Utica court today, reports Jeff Platsky. B-Mets owner said yesterday that not relocating the franchise was ‘one of the conditions of control interest transfer.’

            MiLB.com had a nice piece about the Cecchini brothers after they both went deep yesterday.

            Kiley McDaniels reports that the Mets are rumored to have a $1.8 million deal with IFA SS Gregory Guerrero for this upcoming signing period.

Minors MVP of the Day – Michael Conforto put St. Lucie up big in the 2nd with his first pro grand slam - he's had a huge start to the season.

Minors Cy of the Day – Robert Gsellman has not had any trouble adjusting to the tougher competition of the FSL - he has 9 K: 2 BB through 10.1 IP, with only the 2 runs allowed.

Minors LVP of the Day – Matt Koch never settled into his start Wednesday afternoon, but Domingo Tapia was a disaster out there. Something has to be wrong with Tapia, because a AA pitcher should be able to throw more than 6 strikes in 24 pitches.
