            Check out yesterday’s results here.

Some roster moves: Hansel Robles up to the Mets, Chase Bradford down to Vegas, Luis Mateo down to Binghamton. Josh Smoker's rehab has been moved to Binghamton and Marcos Molina was moved to the DL, retroactive to 7/13 (he had been Sunday's scheduled starter, but didn't make the start). Thomas McIlraith and Gene Cone to the SAL DL, Placido Torres has been added to the Fireflies roster, likely to take McIlraith's spot in the rotation. Edwin German down to the GCL and Aneury Olivo (who's had success out of the St. Lucie pen this year) up to Kingsport. Pedro Ventura was promoted to the GCL to take Hansel Moreno's spot yesterday.

Congrats to Chris Flexen on being named the EL Pitcher of the Week.

Betsy Helfand of the LVRJ has an update on Logan Taylor.

Per WICZ, the Rumble Ponies won’t be hosting the 2019 Eastern League All-Star Game. Per WBNG, Rumble Ponies owner John Hughes is still optimistic about the team getting the 2020 Eastern League All-Star Game, and expects an answer “…to be announced no later than the first week of August.”

Ethan Sears of the NYPost sat down with David Peterson to discuss how the Mets first round pick went from a mediocre college pitcher to 20^th overall in the draft in just one sesason.

Check out yesterday’s results here. I have 5 recaps to catch up on, but should be able to do so at some point Thursday, in which case they'll be up by Friday. Things have been pretty crazy, but I hope to get back on a regular schedule by this weekend.

If you hadn’t heard, Mets prospect Logan Taylor was attacked recently by someone in Las Vegas and will be away from the team as he recovers from a concussion. Hope you’re feeling better soon Logan Taylor!

Betsy Helfand of the LVRJ discussed how to evaluate PCL statistics with some of the players and coaches of the Las Vegas 51s.

ICYMI, Milton Ramos has been sent to the Oriole's in exchange for IFA money. Ramos was the Mets third round pick from 2014 and he's provided consistent, sometimes sparkling, defense from the left side of the infield, but he's never found that consistency at the plate due to a poor approach - he swings at too many pitches out of his zone. There were also rumors of Ramos clashing with teammates and coaches, causing some to question to his work ethic. Still just 21, he has time to figure things out at the plate, but he had long since fallen off the system's top-prospects list, even if MLB.com hadn't updated their rankings yet. Best of luck to Ramos moving forward.
